“Floating steps,” a modern stair takes shape
In one of our projects in the Flagstaff neighborhood, Rod Swanstrom installs temporary handrails. This single-stringer stair fabricated by Standart Metal Works supports “floating steps” that will be finished off with solid wood treads.
