Juana Gómez is a Certified Passive House Consultant, only one of a handful of architects in Colorado and nationwide with this credential. The certification in highly energy-efficient building design completes a rigorous training and testing process by the Passive House Institute US. The program includes climate-specific passive solar design, mechanical systems, and instruction in energy and hygrothermal modeling tools tailored to North America’s climate extremes.
